All orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Australian Public holidays). Within Australia, The Mineral Miracle use the Australia Post parcel service at a flat rate per order no matter where you live in Australia. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. A signature is not required upon delivery. Please select an address where someone is available during Business Hours to receive your purchase. If for some reason your parcel cannot be delivered, a card will be left and you will then be required to pick up your parcel at the designated Australia Post Office marked on the card. Once the order has been dispatched, your tracking details will be emailed to you. The Mineral Miracle cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. For International orders, we send our parcels via Australia Post International Post service. Please allow 5-12 working days for delivery. If you require Express Delivery, please choose the international express option. Please note extra charges may apply for this service. Please note there is No insurance on any of the shipping methods.
Although shopping online seems like the easiest thing to do, here at The Mineral Miracle we understand your need for a Full Refund policy. We are happy to accept returned products that are “new and unused” and in the original box. On receiving your returned item we will gladly send you a replacement product or refund your purchase price (excluding the handling & freight fee). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. “New and unused” means the item has no scratches or marks; there are no signs of wear or use of the item, the packaging has not been torn or removed; and the item has not been altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any used or opened items. A completed copy of the Return/Exchange Form as well as a copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. In case of sensitivity to any of the products, we regret that we are not able to offer a refund, credit or exchange if, after using a product, you find you are sensitive to it or it is unsuitable for your needs. Please note that Dead Sea products can often trigger a ‘healing response’ for the first few days of use; you may notice increased redness in the skin or outbreaks. In most cases this is a normal & healthy response and is an indication that your skin is responding to the therapeutic properties of the product. Shades of Products - We have made every effort to ensure the product colors shown on The Mineral Miracle website are as close as possible to actual colors, however, some computer screens may show slight variations.
Product Availability – Occasionally a product may be unavailable. If you email us we will be happy to contact you via email when it is back in stock.
To return an item:
- Pack your item in secure packaging.
- Simply fill out The Mineral Miracle Returns Form supplied from us upon request; please email us at email@example.com for a copy of the Returns Form.
- When filling in your Returns Form, complete the form with as much detail as possible, for example; complete contact details, reason for return and please include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.
- If you wish to exchange the item for another, please list what product you wish to swap it over for on the form. We will not charge you freight again for exchanges.
